I am pretty sure he is a Chad Valley bear perhaps from 1914/15

He is fixed onto a cast iron frame with cast iron wheels. He is made from mohair and his body is entirely wood wool filled. I gave him his glass eyes but it is possible that his original eyes may have been boot buttons?. I feel he is most likely british made, possibly Farnell or Chad Valley? I have never seen another like him and would love to know more about him
