the question is were these vulcanised like og vans or simply assembled in usa with inferior manufacture

(gum waffle outsole portion measures 31. 8cm) excellent used condition. widespread water damage & possible use of chalky polish of some sort higher on the uppers. otherwise without issue. size is no longer visible however im confident they are a custom wide fitting & measure accurate to US14. check measures. laces are not original
