Usually, that means the roast landed slightly outside the profile we were aiming for maybe a little darker, lighter, flatter, brighter or more developed than planned. Its still good coffee, just not quite right for our main line up. Rather than letting it sit on the shelf, were giving it a second life at a reduced price. Roasted on: 11 05 2026
