Orange Olive Oil Cream Cake with Belgian Chocolate Ganache muesli Serve wedges of it forShippable (Pune only) This cake will remind you of those Swiss orange flavoured chocolates that we had our cousins bring from overseas. But that's not where we started from. We took inspiration from an American classic, Boston Cream pie & ended up here. Our little twist on this cake combines layers of a light and fruity Orange Olive oil sponge with a thick filling of vanilla custard. All this is topped off with a creamy Belgian chocolate ganache. A
