I first taught this story back in my days as a student teacher, and both my mentor and lecturer at the time asked me what the point was. Surely its just a story of two murderers aimlessly and indiscriminately killing innocent people? In response to this I have written the following series of lessons, which I hope will persuade you that the themes of the
