Prosper Maufoux Macon Villages 2016 Bottle:12 with a silky texture andWonderful French style chardonnay, lightly oaked (my taste) flavor with soft, smooth Burgundian flavor. Went well with chicken and shiitake mushrooms over rice. Wonderful deep yellow colour. Both minerals and lemon on the nose which also returns in flavor together with honey. Very easy to drink, we drank it with a spicy Moroccan chicken dish which worked really well. Cheers!
