These are new old stock with storage wear and age. They are a little dirty but seem to be in working order. A few have been slightly bent out of shape but easily bend back. They measure about 2 7 8" long and are made from steel, wood and a sort of vinyl material.* *Note Vinyl was actually quite common in 1930's Germany, much more common than most collectors would like to
