MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 43" Waist 34" Hips 39" Length 41 1 2" Nice soft material feels like a cold rayon. Tiered peplum design on the skirt. Metal side zipper. Matching belt. Fairly good condition, but with some flaws. There is some wear and a small hole on the collar. The belt shows a lot of wearing and some staining discoloration. Stain on the tiered peplum. Light discoloration on the back
