These pipes were very popular at the time and many were issued or gifted to the men on all fronts

it did work but not as well as I would have liked

There is a sticker saying 1 20 12k Gold filled but I didn't see a mark on the locket itself. Decent condition it is definitely showing its age though. Both the locket and the chain are tarnished discolored. All the corners of the box are blown out.
