This style of knife is rather generic and could easily pass for 1930's through the 1960's

The crank is a little unusual, the shape of the knob is a bit more like earlier versions. It still has the Bakelite battery box. There is a small crack on the lid near the hinge which doesn't effect the function and is barely noticeable. The speaker and microphone kapsel are newer made.
