Yellow Creek Falls Blue I head to the GreatI caught this gorgeous location during a springtime visit to western North Carolina. I loved the sparkle and color of the water as it tumbled over the boulders. The relatively easy and accessible hiking trail leading to this waterfall is located off of Highway 129, also known as The Tail of the Dragon because it packs an absurd 300+ turns into 11 miles of road as one climbs over the mountains from Tennessee into North Carolina.
