Has some pencil marks and some notes inside

Taifun Stempelkissen Stamp Pad paper I do use this thingOriginal prewar or wartime Taifun stempelkissen metal stamp pad. The bottom says it is black ink but it clearly looks like its been used for blue or purple ink. Small size. The lid says it is non toxic and suitable for meat inspectors. The ink pad is mostly dried up. OK condition outside, the inside is a bit rusty and gross.
