This bottling is 100% Negroamaro. Following fermentation the wine is refined in barriques for 3 4 months prior to filtering and bottling. Deep red colour with hints of violet at the rim. A nose of cassis, spice and ripe red berry fruits. A rich palette of kirsch and plum is balanced with fine tannin and nice acidity. Good value, everyday
