Plates wear with normal use and eventually need replacement; this is common. These fiberglass rocker spring plates measure 2 and 1 2" wide by 5" long by 1 4" thick and can be spray painted. These fiberglass rocker spring plates do not have holes drilled. You will need to use your old fiberglass rocker spring plate as a template to measure
