MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 36" Waist 26" with belt closed (if you remove the belt, it is about 28 1 2") Hips 34 1 2" Length 38 1 4" could be taken down another 3 1 2" Neck 15" The dress buttons down the front with fabric covered buttons and it also has a side zipper. The belt is attached, but it almost seems a bit too small, as if it was taken in. The belt snaps in place. There is a small piece
