Fading in the center from being folded

but the box does have some discoloration

Tan Medical or Organizer Tin hygiene this dress must slip onOriginal tan medical style tin. This style tin is normally found in the large DRK medical boxes, but I have also seen these in the werkbank organizers for the machine shop trucks. I am not sure which this one is, but I am leaning towards machine shop, because it isn't stenciled or labeled like you would expect for the medical box. Its a bit worn and dirty, but still fairly nice.
