Distilled in 2018, matured for 5 years in 2 first fill Oloroso sherry butts and bottled in 2024. 1,403 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58%. Nose: Savoury, salty, smoked fish, hint of matchstick, earthy, cheese rind,
