SPARS Coast Guard PT Skirt ? (29" Waist) uniform A very useful item ifVintage WWII SPARS women's Coast Guard blue and white gingham plaid skirt. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 29" Hips full Length 24" Nice U. S. Coast Guard label. Named to Elaine R Smith. Full button down lightweight cotton material. This is the only one I have seen of this skirt. I am guessing probably a PT or work skirt. There are several stains worst staining is on the side. Scattered lighter stains throughout. There is a 4" hem.
