The lining of the jacket is stained and the bottom is coming unstitched

The top of the tin is dished which I believe serves as a little tray for loose pins

The bottom side is dented slightly so the two halves overlap a bit more than they should. Still a functional container. These were a very common item in Germany, almost like a lunch box, but smaller, so it could fit in a briefcase or bread bag. I see a lot of these being ground dug in Russia.
