Fairly good condition delicate, but still useable. It doesn't lay completely flat anymore and a few teeth are slightly bent. I see a lot of this style comb being dug up on Eastern front battle fields. As far as I am concerned, these are the comb of the the German soldier even if it wasn't an official issued item. I can understand why so many men would have chosen this one since it folds
