The flag is simply made from scrap material with blue fuzzy paper stars

These were not used for phone wire but rather for detonation wire or for cables used to support things like antenna masts etc

It is well used with deformation from either moisture or heat

The cover is still present, but has torn away from the booklet. There appears to be maybe one or two postcards missing. This was a popular way of selling postcards; a convenient booklet so you could just rip one off and send it.
