There is a little rust on the heavy wear areas

It is an interesting book with a very different style of sketching from the usual cartoons of the era

There is also some wear on the corners as well as pen writing and light stains on the lid

One armpit has a repaired hole and both armpits have an extra strip of fabric sewn in

Original Late War Zeltbahn US There is a little rustOriginal very late war zeltbahn. It is made from a lower grade material which shows printing errors as well as some fading. This is a simplified pattern where the center bottom rope and grommets were eliminated along with the smaller grommets for rope on the bottom corners. It has no grommets on the three corners, though there are holes. I can not say for sure the grommets are missing as there really isn't anything to indicate they were ever
