The sugar water can easily fall into the glass of absinthe with the large open grille. All four arms of the grille easily sit over the edge of the glass and are used to hold your cube of sugar. The grille could be added to a key chain with a hole in one of the arms. It is an exact reproduction of a late 19th or early 20th century absinthe spoon.
