Made from pot metal (probably due to rationing). Pin on the back with hinged crossed rifles to hold a soldier's photo. It still has the original drawing of a soldier that came with it. OK condition. Wear, corrosion (?), and chips on the green paint. The eagle in the center can be rotated.
